This calculator checks age eligibility only.
Reference date is 01-07-2026.
Home Guard route applies only to post codes 21, 22, 23, 25, 26.
Home Guard route requires minimum 360 duty days within previous 2 years and still continuing as Home Guard on notification date.
Widow / Divorced / Judicially Separated Woman route applies only to post codes 21, 22, 25, 26, 28, and only for Female candidates.
Widow / Divorced / Judicially Separated Woman route requires not remarried and required certificate / decree + notarised affidavit.
Post code 27 has normal Constable age rule only.
Govt employee relaxation excludes TSTRANSCO, DISCOMs, TSGENCO, RTC, corporations, municipalities, local bodies, PSUs etc.
Ex-Serviceman relaxation is Armed Forces service period + 3 years.
NCC Instructor relaxation requires minimum 6 months whole-time NCC service and gives NCC service period + 3 years.
